Smooth and efficient: the new Binder Magnetic website
Binder Magnetic, the French leader in timing belts, has launched its new website. Designed specifically for mechanical engineers, it offers a wealth of information, including 3D files and other technical data for download. The site provides access to a comprehensive database in two languages with more than 10,000 products.
In addition to timing belts and pulleys, the entire catalogue of Binder Magnetic products is represented: electromagnets, brakes and motors as well as electric actuators.
The website was developed by bb&b. It offers a smooth and efficient user interface, especially when searching and filtering products and data. The data sheets are generated and displayed dynamically based on information contained in the database. The latter is easily administered via the back office.
The site was designed using the open-source CMS PrestaShop whose architecture has been fully optimised to offer utmost reactivity when searching the database.
