Since its creation in 2011, DA-IBD, a consultancy firm specialising in business development, has been helping industrial companies to position themselves on European markets and develop their sales. DA-IBD has decided to evolve its brand in order to strengthen its positioning. In addition, the firm’s name should no longer be linked to its sole founder.
bb&b recommended DA-IBD to create the new name and corresponding visual identity based on a brand platform to be developed. We started by organizing a workshop with all DA-IBD employees. This enabled the emergence of a shared vision regarding the brand’s mission, essence and ambitions. Based on the conclusions of this brand workshop we started the creative process of naming and designing the visual identity, in close collaboration with the client.
The new name – Xllence – expresses the essence of the brand (commercial excellence at the service of the industry) and refers to the technological and digital universe in which the firm now operates. The new visual identity highlights the versatile, agile and holistic nature of the company’s approach. bb&b then developed the new Xllence website to ensure coherent and efficient communication around the new brand.
The new brand has been enthusiastically received internally. It is currently being rolled out externally.
